Provisions for the purchase and delivery of sports paraphernalia and other goods advertised in the 1001 challenge project
1. Product range
1.1 Users of the Website and Mobile App 1001 challenge have the opportunity to purchase certain products on the Website or in the Mobile App:
- sports T-shirts,
- award medals,
- as well as other sports paraphernalia.
1.2 The seller of such goods can be either the Company itself or third parties (partners, sellers, distributors) (hereinafter referred to as "Suppliers") - depending on what is specified in the description of a particular product.

2. Warning when buying goods from Suppliers.
The Supplier is responsible for the execution of the purchase and sale agreement concluded between the User and the Supplier through the Website on the basis of the information provided by the Company about the product or Supplier, as well as for the observance of the rights of consumers violated as a result of the transfer of goods of improper quality to the consumer and the exchange of non-food goods of improper quality for similar goods.

3. General provisions
3.1 The Company does not store any data about the User's debit or credit card used for payment.
3.2 The Company provides the ordered product or service only after receiving the payment in full.
3.3 If the Company is unable to provide the ordered and paid goods, the Company undertakes to immediately refund the entire amount paid by the User to repay the cost of the ordered goods (with the exception of bank commissions and costs that may have been accrued by the User's service bank when paying for goods through the site).
3.4 The Company does not guarantee the availability of any product posted on the Site.

4. Methods, cost and delivery time
4.1 The Company provides the following delivery methods for the products ordered on the Website:
- delivery by Russian Post
- delivery by the SberLogistics service.
4.2 After payment of the order, the User will be sent the tracking number of the shipment assigned by the Russian Post or other postal services and the User must independently track the receipt of the goods at the place of residence.
4.3 Products with the symbols of the current challenge are sent out in the month of the end of the challenge, approximately 2 weeks before the end of the event.
4.4 Other products from online stores are sent immediately after placing an order.
4.5 Delivery times depend on the destination and the working hours of the postal services.
4.6 The cost of delivery in Moscow, the Moscow region and Russia is free of charge.
4.7 The cost of delivery to other countries can be specified by contacting the Support Service at team@prosport.travel . The cost of delivery is determined by the prices of the Russian Post or other postal services, the user will be sent a link to the payment with the amount of postage, and the goods will be sent after payment of these fees.
4.8 The cost of the goods ordered by the User may additionally incur any import (import) taxes, fees or payments (for example, VAT) in the country to which the delivery is made. The Company does not pay the specified import taxes, fees or charges on behalf of the User, and cannot predict whether they will need to be paid, as well as the estimated amounts of such charges.

5. Refund and Exchange
5.1 The User has the right to make a claim to the Company for the refund of the money previously paid for the goods, if such goods were not received by the User within the agreed period. In this case, the Company undertakes to refund such amount in full within 10 (Ten) calendar days.
5.2 The Company does not assume any responsibility for an error in delivery that occurred due to the fault of the User, who, for example, did not specify the correct data of the recipient.
5.3 The User has the right to exchange or return the goods purchased on the Site. Only those goods specified in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 of January 19, 1998 are not subject to exchange and return. To return and exchange the product, the User must perform the following actions:
- inform the Support Service about your decision by writing an email to
team@prosport.travel ;
- return the goods to the Company by Russian Post or by other means (in this case, the goods are sent at the Buyer's expense).
5.4 In case of return of the goods: upon receipt of the goods, the Company undertakes to immediately refund to the User in full all amounts paid for the goods, except for the cost of delivery. The cost of delivery is determined by the documents provided by the Russian Post or other postal services involved.
5.5 If the product is exchanged for a similar product of a different size/color, the Company undertakes to send the new product to the User within 10 (Ten) calendar days. Repeated delivery is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. The cost of delivery is determined by the prices of the Russian Post or other postal services, the user will be sent a link to the payment with the exact amount of postage, and the goods will be sent after payment of these fees.
